In short: these terms cover the CensusIndex™ site check, where you ask our crawler to check a website you are responsible for. Reading the rest of this site needs no agreement. Published Census data is covered by our data license, and personal data by our privacy notice.
Who you are agreeing with
The AI Visibility Census, Block B2, Kilmacud Road Upper, Dublin 14, Ireland. Email: [email protected].
Using the site check
- Only ask us to check a website you own or are authorized to manage. We ask you to prove this before we check anything.
- Give accurate details, including a working email address at the website's domain. We use it to confirm the request and send the results.
- Do not use the check to test, overload or probe a site that is not yours, or to get around a site's security.
- We may refuse, pause or stop any request, for example if we cannot confirm who owns the site.
What you get
- The same checks CensusIndexBot runs for every CensusIndex™ category, with the same evidence grades and fixes.
- Your results are sent to you and are not published unless you ask us to publish them.
- Checked sites are not added to the published category totals. A check does not add a brand to the Census100™ or change its place.
Your results
You may use and share your results as you wish. If you publish them, please say they come from the CensusIndex™ and give the date of the check.
Accuracy
The checks report what our crawler found on the day it ran. Sites, search engines and AI tools change, so results can go out of date. Results are information, not advice, and we do not promise any outcome in search or AI answers from acting on them. If you think a result is wrong, tell us and we will look at it under our corrections policy.
Availability
The site check is free. We may change, pause or stop it at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site check or relying on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects your rights as a consumer.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and changes apply to checks requested after that date. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protections of your own country's law.
